Weeknight Pesto Spaghetti

Method

  1. Bring a large pot of well-salted water to a boil.

  2. Cook the spaghetti one minute short of package directions; reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.

  3. Drain pasta, return to pot, stir in pesto with a splash of reserved water until silky.

  4. Grate Parmigiano on top, finish with flaky salt and black pepper. Serve immediately.

  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 1 jar Christen's Best Classic Basil Pesto (6 oz)
  • 1 handful grated Parmigiano, plus more to serve
  • 1 pinch flaky salt
  • to taste black pepper
